Shout out to Jake the Locksmith. I've used them 3 or 4 times over many years and once again today I needed their services. Still stellar. Still the best. Still professional. Still the nicest guys working for them. Still the most accommodating. They even walked me through a potential fix by having me text photos of the lock so that I could avoid the service call altogether. They still needed to come out but they were fast and efficient and showed me how to change out the batteries on the garage access door electric lock. Mick also took a couple of minutes to teach me how to change the code on the electric lock if I ever wanted to do that in the future. I also got a 10% discount and got bumped up ahead of 2 other calls for being a loyal customer. It is so rare these days to get excellent customer service (I read so many complaints about no shows or price gouging or rude service that it seems to be the norm) that I had to post about it.

While prompt and attentive Jake the Locksmith was unable to perform repair on handle lock for sliding glass door. They referred me to another company that failed to do repair but instead recommended to replace entire sliding door for over $2000. That was Palm Springs Mirror and Glass. Beware. I was able to get repair to lock for $75.
